Loads of checkouts / tills / registers, only 2 staff on them as usual. Owners of B&M, here's a phrase for you "you need less chiefs and more Indians" regularly I see groups of 3 supervisors / management standing around doing nothing but chatting about their latest holiday, whilst 2 staff run the whole shop!!!!!
