  I don't know even where to start with this company. Their private labeling and low MOQ comes with a cost. If you had great experience with them, then consider yourself lucky. After my order and accepting the label design they sent me a TNT tracking code. Everything looked great. Package is on its way I thought. After 9 days of waiting I took the liberty of checking upon the parcel again and what do I see? The package has been marked to be "received". Well, that is interesting... I never received the package. Some unknown Russian guy named "Artjom" had accepted it. I contacted TNT and they said that the package was never sent to my company in the first place. Hence why it was never delivered to me. TNT contacted the company where this unknown guy was working at and delivered package to them. Guess what Gary had to say all about this? He just replied that the package was sent to the address I gave him and ended his sentence with a “thank you”. That's it. No curiosity from his part that maybe he had done something wrong, no contacting the TNT - nothing. He had 0 intentions to resolve this issue. I tracked down the package, contacted the company who received my package, met up with them and thankfully they agreed to give it back to me. Volt Retail Ltd. did not mark my name nor my company on the delivery destination. Instead Volt Retail Ltd. marked a totally UNRELATED person and company on the package with my contents that I had paid for. The address was correct but the receiver was somebody unrelated. Finally, I went over every e-mail with Gary and I noticed that he had forwarded me letters from different companies in our e-mails. The labels on my bottles contained address to a third company that Volt Retail Ltd is doing business with. So I was mixed up with 2 different companies in total. Received no support in the problem at hand from Volt Retail Ltd. who was behind this headache in the first place. Obviously everybody makes mistakes but as you can see from past reviews, this is not the first time this has happened. Volt Retail Ltd. is not hiring people to mitigate these problems, probably this 2 - 3 man company is doing everything alone to get more profits. After I sent Gary the picture of the package with wrong shipping details on it. He replied that he is sorry to hear that I had problems with the shipping. This guy takes no ownership of the problems he is causing and and same goes for an apology. It’s as if writing your clients shipping address correctly is out of hands magical process. The morale of this story is, they should never receive money before you have not gotten the package. Use Alibaba as an exchange tool for their services. Otherwise they have no reason to do their job correctly. It's not part of Volt Retail Ltd philosophy.

  worst experience. If you are serious about your business do not start with them. Garry Corry - the guy responsible for communication is total nightmare. He makes too many mistakes. The WORST thing is that they change the formulas and change your own label without even letting you know. Avoid this company if you can.
